Chicken Roaster

This chicken roaster has an inner well that can be filled with broth, wine, beer or your favorite liquid and seasoning. Place chicken upright in roaster, cover with foil, then bake till almost done. The last remaining cooking time, uncover the roaster and let the chicken brown completely. Very moist and delicious.
